We’ve had an excellent experience with Atlas Builders Group’s warranty department. Any time we’ve had a warranty issue, the response has been incredibly fast, and the repairs have been completed promptly and professionally. A special thank you to Tristan, who has been outstanding throughout the process. He’s responsive, knowledgeable, communicates well, and genuinely cares about making sure issues are resolved the right way. It’s refreshing to work with someone who follows through and makes the warranty process so easy. Atlas Building Group just finished our semi-custom home on time and on budget. We are extremely happy with the whole experience, and what a great staff they assembled. We have to give them a shout out. My wife and I  just wanted to do a review on behalf of our Home Builder Atlas Building Group. I blew into town on business without my wife looking for property and a builder for our retirement home. Most builders didn’t take me serious without the wife present. I had sent an email directly to Atlas with a couple of questions. Todd from Atlas contacted me the same day with answers and  a date to look at lots and current builds. We had looked at floor plans a few months early but none worked for us. Atlas had made some changes like moving the Master to first level which we wanted. At the meeting we discussed things that would not work for us. No soaker tub in the master. Todd and Atlas said no worries we can move a few walls, Etc.no worries. We found our builder!  Now I will say I have always been in the building trade at an executive level for both residential and commercial for over 40 years. We are pretty picky and have very high expectations. Meeting them was not going to be an easy task. With the professional approach from Todd and Atlas we had a fantastic experience. Great contact throughout the build process which can be difficult based 1200 miles from the actual  build.  We had requests for lots of things non-standard but Todd and Atlas made it happen to build our dream home. The attention to detail and quality shows throughout our home. After moving in and seeing their Parade of Homes and Awards, we are so happy that we went with Atlas to build our dream home! If you are looking for a high quality builder that can build your dream home we highly recommend the Atlas Building Group. Most amazing builder ever!  We have had three houses before this but Atlas is so far above the others that there really is no comparison.  So easy to work with and they genuinely cared about building the best possible product and making us happy.  Tristan and Brandon have been incredible to work with!! Atlas building group Wanted to give a shout out to Atlas building group in Northern Idaho as a custom home builder. We searched for two years for someone to help build our dream home, it’s a hot market and builders would throw out numbers fishing.  I was impressed that on short notice we sat down with Todd and reviewed our house plans with actual costs breakdowns. Once we broke ground, they used the best and local sub contractors in the area. The Excavation crew went above and beyond for prepping the lot and more. Big thanks to Ryan. The flooring and tile team, we were initially concerned why it’s taking so long, but the end result is a spectacular job. Plumbers and electricians made many small adjustments per requests. We are very happy with the subs and their workmanship. Our site Forman was incredibly knowledgeable in every step. He was the key point of contact for us and any concerns we had. He truly cared about making this our dream home. He was on site often checking in and even filling in for things that needed done for inspections. Hats off to Pat, thank you. My wife and I designed our house, so we wanted to be involved as much as we possibly could. We were caught off guard a few times when quotes did not include something we wanted. Seeing the bids up front would have helped us make better informed decisions. Bit more communication would have been appreciated for this. In the end we have an incredible custom house, it’s what we envisioned and more. I would recommend Atlas to build your house. They have the best subs in the area.

This is the second house we have built in three years (the first was with a different builder). The experience with Atlas was dramatically better from start to finish! Atlas was responsive and willing to work with us on changes during the planning phase. Upgrades were fairly priced. They stayed on a very fast timeline for the build. The standard finishes are high end, with obvious attention to detail. Everything we noticed in the walkthrough was addressed quickly and without pushback. In fact, most of it they caught first and already had a plan to fix. In the end, we moved in to a beautiful house that felt like home from day one. Thank you Brandon, Tristan and Dave for making this process fun and stress free. I know from prior experience that is rarely the case.
